But how does it work EXACTLY?
Once you join, you'll have access to our extensive design brief library. For each brief, you'll answer a few questions to give us the right info to create a design you'll love. Feel free to attach any reference images and file it in the queue. You'll receive your design back within three days. If you need multiple designs, just add them to the queue and we'll tackle them one by one.
Who is your creative team?
We're a small but mighty team of two. We've built successful brands and businesses for over a decade and have had our hands in every aspect of running a business. And we're growing! Stay tuned for job openings coming soon.
How fast will I get my designs?
Almost all designs come with a three day turnaround. If your request requires more time, you'll hear from us once you submit.
What if I don't like a design?
No worries. Provide us detailed feedback and we'll revise until you're ecstatic.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes! If there's a month you don't need collateral, feel free to pause your membership until you're ready to start up again. We'll save your design board and keep all your past designs on file for whenever you're ready to restart. If you'd like to cancel, your design board will be deleted, so download your designs first.
Is there anything you don't design?
Yes. We don't cover complex packaging, motion graphics, or animation. Have a specific question about something you need? Send us a note or book a 15 minute intro call.
What do you mean by membership?
It's like joining a club that's the best of all worlds: having an in-house design team at a fraction of the price. Your membership with us is a mutual commitment that we'll be there when you need us. The amount of time you'll save trying to track down unreliable freelancers, or explain your gig to someone across oceans on Fiverr? Priceless.
Should I get the Building or Cruising membership?
Building memberships are for businesses who need branding, web design, or copywriting. Cruising memberships are great for established brands who need print collateral such as posters or stationery, or digital assets such as social media posts, email campaigns, or slide decks. Feel free to switch off month to month based on your needs.
How long do branding and web design projects take?
Design is never one-size fits all, and every business is unique. The scope of every branding and web project varies. Depending on your response time, a simple website can be up within one month. More complex projects that include a full brand buildout, market research, copywriting, and multi-page web design can last up to six months, depending on your response time and revisions. Hot tip: the more detailed your design briefs, the closer to your vision the designs will be.
What platforms do you work with?
For websites, we work with Webflow, Squarespace, Wordpress, and Showit. For design work, we work with the Adobe Suite and if you'd like templates, we're happy to build them in Canva.
