The Sullivan Agency LLC provides subscription-based graphic design services. Our services include the creation of graphic design materials as requested by our clients. All requests are managed through our Trello board, and we strive to fulfill all requests within three days.

3. Subscriptions

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected by you during sign-up. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.
Pausing Membership: You may pause your membership at any time through the client portal. During the paused period, you will not be charged, and your access to services will be temporarily suspended. You can resume your membership at any time.

4. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for our subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting design requests.
Respect the intellectual property rights of The Sullivan Agency LLC and other clients.
Use our services for lawful purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by The Sullivan Agency LLC are the intellectual property of The Sullivan Agency LLC until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of the materials is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to use any created materials for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sullivan Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our services.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.
